Unlike the original Golden Axe, they never ported this one to a home console.

thanks to gagamanbiscuittin for pointing out that “VISUALSHOCK! SPEEDSHOCK! SOUNDSHOCK!” from the Japanese Alien Soldier title screen is also used in this ad for the Mega Drive.

Technically this is the version from Sega Ages Memorial 2 which came out on the Saturn in 1997. It’s a slightly enhanced port of the arcade game.

Segata Sanshirou Shinkenyugi (Sega - Saturn - 1998)
from wikipedia: “Segata Sanshiro is a fictional character created by Sega to advertise the Sega Saturn in Japan between 1997 and 1998. He is a parody of Sugata Sanshirō, a legendary judo fighter from an Akira Kurosawa film.”
There’s not a lot of info out there on this one, but I found a small write-up on it here. To summarize, it’s a somewhat mediocre collection of wacky mini-games.
